Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie

Here is a yummy shake recipe for the week. I love blueberries and they are SO good for you!

*High in Antioxidants

*Help Fight Cancer

*Boost Brain Health

*Alleviate Inflammation

*Support Digestion

*Promote Heart Health

And they are delicious! 

Ingredients:

One scoop vanilla protein

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup almond milk

1/2 cup water

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!
