Coconut Macaroon Shake
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
1 cup ice
1 scoop vanilla protein
½ tsp. pure coconut extract (optional)
2 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tsp. shaved dark chocolate (optional)
Place coconut milk, ice, protein, extract (if desired), and coconut in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Garnish with chocolate if desired.
