Coconut Macaroon Shake


  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • ½ tsp. pure coconut extract (optional)

  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1 tsp. shaved dark chocolate (optional)


  1. Place coconut milk, ice, protein, extract (if desired), and coconut in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

  2. Garnish with chocolate if desired.
