Red Velvet Smoothi


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 scoop chocolate Protein

  • 1 medium cooked beet peeled, cooled, coarsely chopped

  • 1 Tbsp. mascarpone cheese

  • ½ tsp. balsamic vinegar


  1. Place almond milk, ice, protein, beet, cheese, and vinegar in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
