Ingredients:
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup raw baby spinach
1 hard-boiled egg, cut into quarters
1 slice cooked lean turkey bacon, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped avocado
1 Tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
2 Tbsp. Lemon Dijon salad dressing (below)
Instructions:
1. Place lettuce and spinach on a serving plate; top with egg, bacon, avocado and cheese.
2. Drizzle with Lemon Dijon Salad Dressing; serve immediately.
