I need to cancel my order, what do I do?
Email us nlarcenaire@me.com. I will take care of it for you as long as the products haven't been shipped out.
My order is missing, what do I do?
Try refreshing your browser cache as a first step. It is also a good idea to verify that all of your shipping and credit card information is entered correctly.

Will my jewelry look exactly the same as in the picture?
When purchasing crystals from Bad Bitch Vibes, please note that the images I have on our website represent the quality & sizing you can expect to receive, not the actual stones as seen in image. Each stone is unique & one of a kind so there will be variations in colour and shape.
I gave you the wrong address, what should I do?
I would suggest contacting the postal service to request re-routing the package. If they are unable to carry that request, please let me know and I will ship you a replacement immediately while we wait for the first parcel to make it back to us.
