When will my order ship?
Once your order has been placed, your items will ship within 2-3 business days.

Where can I find my tracking information?
Once your item ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can follow as your items travel across to reach you.

My items arrived damaged. What should I do?
Send us an email with a picture of your damaged product within 3 business days of arrival to nicole@platinumsass.com and we will send you a replacement at no cost.

I received the wrong items. What should I do?
Whoopsie! Please send us an email at nicole@platinumsass.com within 3 business days of receiving the wrong item, and we will replace your items with the correct one at no extra cost.
