Bean Burrito Recipe

Looking for something delish to make in the Quarantine? Try out the Quick Bean Burrito! (Serves 1)

Ingredients -

  • 1 sprouted grain tortilla

  • 1/3 cup refried beans, warm

  • 1/4 medium avocado, sliced

  • 1 dash chili powder pinch of ground black pepper

  • 1 lime wedge

  • 2 Tbsp chopped tomato

  • 2 Tbsp chopped red onion

  • 2 Tbsp chopped bell pepper

  • 2 Tbsp sliced olives


  • Warm tortilla in a medium skillet over med heat for 1 minute on each side. Set aside; keep warm.

  • Spread beans in the middle of the wrap. Top with avocado. Season with spices and a squeeze of lime.

  • Top with tomato, onion, bell pepper, and olives. Roll tortilla, tucking in ends as you wrap.
