Ingredients -
1 sprouted grain tortilla
1/3 cup refried beans, warm
1/4 medium avocado, sliced
1 dash chili powder pinch of ground black pepper
1 lime wedge
2 Tbsp chopped tomato
2 Tbsp chopped red onion
2 Tbsp chopped bell pepper
2 Tbsp sliced olives
DIRECTIONS:
Warm tortilla in a medium skillet over med heat for 1 minute on each side. Set aside; keep warm.
Spread beans in the middle of the wrap. Top with avocado. Season with spices and a squeeze of lime.
Top with tomato, onion, bell pepper, and olives. Roll tortilla, tucking in ends as you wrap.
