Black Bean Dip

Here is another awesome dip for your Super Bowl celebration!  Remember to switch out your traditional corn chips for "Beanitos" restaurant style chips to keep it sassy!

Ingredients:  (10 Servings)

2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 2 Tbs. lime juice 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. cumino 1/3 cup cilantro leaves 2 cans (15 oz.) black beans, drained & rinsed Himalayan salt to taste

Directions:

In a food processor, combine the peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cumino and cilantro. Grind until they form a paste.  Add 3/4 of the black beans and grind until mashed.  Stir in the remaining beans and season with salt.

For a more authentic recipe, use a molcajete instead of your food processor!
