Egg Roll in a Bowl


1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil

1.5 lb. 85% Lean Ground Turkey

1/2 Cup Chopped onion

2 Cups Broccoli Slaw

3/4 cup chopped mushrooms

1 tsp. Ground ginger

1 tsp. Garlic powder

2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds

Braggs liquid aminos to season


1. Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat and add onions,  ground turkey and seasonings.

2. When partially cooked add in broccoli slaw and mushrooms.

3. Add liquid aminos to taste and top with sesame seeds.
