Keto Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. full fat cream cheese (room temp)

  • 2 eggs

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese

Pizza:

  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (no sugar added)

  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

  • 1/2 tsp. basil

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • sautéed pepperoni

  • garlic powder

Instructions:

Crust:

  • Preheat oven to 350.

  • Butter a 9 X 13 baking dish.

  • Blend cream cheese and eggs and season with pepper and garlic powder.

  • Add parmesan cheese and stir until combined.

  • Pour into buttered baking dish and bake for 17 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Let crust cook for 10 minutes before adding toppings.

Pizza:

  • While crust is cooling, raise oven to 400 degrees.

  • Mix together marinara sauce with garlic, oregano and basil..

  • Top crust with marinara and spread evenly.

  • Top with mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.

  • Bake for 8 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
