Today I wanted to let you in on my little secret on . . . . How To Stay Sassy All Day Long!
We've all had days when it's hard to get out of bed, let alone get yourself to workout & stay on track with a healthy lifestyle. But did you know you can overcome the struggle and feel sassy all day long?
Abraham Hicks defines feelings as a GPS navigator. They get us closer in alignment & help us achieve our goals. So if you want to FEEL amazing, you've got to take one step at a time to go from the negative side of the spectrum to the positive one & hold on to it.
Here are some of my favorite ways to stay sassy -
Give a girl the right lipstick & she can conquer the world
Just like you've got to shower every day, you've got to make an effort to motivate & inspire yourself to take action. And nothing radiates sass like a little lip colour. Add a dash of red or pink to look put together.
Dance it off to high vibe music
We all remember the famous quote from Legally Blonde - "Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy". Even if you don't feel like going for a run or hitting the gym, you can dance it off at home.

Remember to eat at least 3 servings of fruits and veggies a day. (Bonus: they’ll make your kiki taste and smell better.)
Aim for at least half your body weight in ounces each day. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, drink 75 ounces of water daily.
Try making a deal with yourself: if you don’t procrastinate things all week you can treat yourself to some junk food, new clothes, etc.
You can't go from being unmotivated to sassy & inspired within seconds but with a little effort & consistency, it will grow. What are some of your best ways to get your sass on?
