INGREDIENTS

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

4 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tsp. coconut sugar

4 fl. oz. peppermint schnapps Mint leaves &

cinnamon sticks (for garnish)
DIRECTIONS

Place almond milk, cocoa powder, and sugar in a small saucepan.

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.

Reduce heat to medium-low; cook, stirring frequently, for 1 to 2 minutes.

Remove from heat.

Add peppermint schnapps; mix well.

Strain evenly into two mugs. Garnish with mint leaves & cinnamon sticks
