- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 pkg vanilla BeFit
- 1 medium carrot cut into chunks
- ½ cup crushed pineapple in juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped raw walnuts
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
