Crystal Guide

Looking for a crystal and finding a hundred opinions, half of them talking to you like you’re still supposed to be figuring out who you are? Not here, friend.

This is my Crystal Guide — a plain-and-simple place to look up any crystal by name and get the real story: what it actually is, what it’s traditionally associated with, how to use it, and how to take care of it. No hype, no miracle talk, and no “look younger” nonsense. We’re not trying to erase ourselves — we’re adding a little intention (and a little sparkle) to lives that are already full.

Crystal Guide — rose quartz hearts, citrine points, a clear quartz cluster, moonstone, lapis lazuli, amethyst and green aventurine in a champagne and blush flat lay

New crystals are added every month, so if the stone in your hand — or on your bracelet — isn’t here yet, check back. It’s coming.

A quick, honest note before you dive in: everything here is written in the language of crystal traditions. These are associations people have loved and passed down for a very long time, shared for inspiration — they are not medical advice and they are not promises. Your doctor is for your health. This guide is for your heart, your home, and your daily rituals.
